Individual flavors so full bodied on their own, some don't feel the need for the slight sweetness we add to our regular chocolate nut butters. There are none in these; no artificial or natural sweeteners. Our customers have asked us to make these for various reasons. Some have health issues such as diabetes, yeast/candida problems, or children that are on special diets. The chocolate is not bitter, but it's bold & strong. We've added slightly more to our recipes for these special butters to balance out our nuts. If you are used to milk chocolate and find dark chocolate too strong, these are not for you. If you are used to dark chocolate and want totally sweetfree products, these are worth a try.
And, true to our philosophy, these butters are also gluten and dairy free, have no cholesterol, trans fats, salt, use no artificial sweeteners, preservatives, or additives and are made fresh to order.
