Our Cameo Performance for a short time is our mostly organic trail mix. It Features our organic dry roasted sunflower seeds that have just the right crunch. They hold their own with the contrast of chewier softer dried fruit that accompanies them. The dried fruit consists of organic/biodynamic raisins, org. cranberries, sweet bing cherries and baby chocolate chips. Our natural Non-Pareil Almonds make an appearance to round out the flavors. Not showing on the left, but in the act is our organic mangos below. The fruit is all unsulphured, sundried and the cranberries have the only sweetener. A very tiny amount of unusual Oregon blackberry honey cuts down the tartness. There's no salt. You won't want to miss this presentation! |
